Add an animated signature to Front

Front’s signature composer has an HTML mode, and signatures are stored in Front, so they apply on every device.

Steps

  1. Design your signature on BylineSig, then click Copy HTML.
  2. In Front, click the gear icon and open your personal settings, or workspace settings for a shared signature.
  3. Choose Signatures, then Create signature.
  4. Fill in the name and which channels can use it.
  5. Switch the composer from Visual mode to HTML mode and paste the HTML.
  6. Switch back to Visual mode to check it, then Save.

Good to know

Front fetches externally hosted signature images through its own image proxy, so the image must be publicly reachable. BylineSig images are.

Signatures apply to email channels only.
