Add an animated signature to Outlook
Outlook renders standard HTML signatures, so your animation and layout come through as designed on both web and desktop.
Outlook on the web
- Design your signature on BylineSig, then click Copy HTML.
- In Outlook, go to Settings → Mail → Compose and reply.
- Under Email signature, click into the editor box.
- Paste with Ctrl + V (Windows) or ⌘ + V (Mac).
- Click Save at the bottom.
Outlook desktop app (Windows)
- Copy your signature HTML from BylineSig.
- File → Options → Mail → Signatures…
- Select or create a signature, then paste directly into the editor.
- Set it as your default for new messages and replies, then click OK.
Troubleshooting
If spacing looks slightly different than the preview, that's normal — Outlook's desktop renderer (Word-based) is stricter than the web version. The animation itself will still display correctly since it's a standard hosted image.
