Add an animated signature to Zoho Mail

Zoho Mail has an Insert HTML option in its signature editor. The step people miss is linking the signature to an address afterwards.

Steps

  1. Design your signature on BylineSig, then click Copy HTML.
  2. In Zoho Mail, click the Settings icon and open Signatures.
  3. Click the + icon to create a signature and give it a name.
  4. In the editor, choose Insert HTML, paste the HTML and insert it.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Use Associate Mail Address to link the signature to the address you send from. Until you do, Zoho does not add it to your emails.

Good to know

If your organisation’s administrator has assigned a signature to your address, it shows a lock icon and you cannot replace it yourself.

A Signature in Replies setting on the same page controls whether replies carry the signature.

We have not found published data on whether the Zoho Mail reader animates GIFs. Your recipients’ mail clients decide that for the emails you send.
