What we collect

The details you type to build a signature (name, role, links, and any photo or logo you upload), your account email, and the vibe prompts you write. That's it — we don't buy data, run ad trackers, or embed tracking pixels in your signatures.

How it's used

Your details render your signature; your prompts are sent to an AI model to design it; your finished animation is hosted on our servers so it loads in emails. We never sell or share your data with advertisers.

Photos and logos you upload are re-encoded on arrival, which strips embedded metadata — including the GPS coordinates phone cameras attach to photos — before the image is stored or rendered into anything.

Your signature images are public

This is worth being plain about. Mail clients fetch images with no login, so your signature animation and any photo or logo in it are served to anyone who requests the URL. The URLs contain long random identifiers and are not listed or guessable, but they are not access-controlled, and anyone you email can read them out of the message. Please don't upload anything you wouldn't hand to a stranger.

Hosting & retention

Anonymous try-it-out renders that were never saved to an account are deleted after 30 days. Once a signature is saved, its image is kept indefinitely — deliberately. That URL is embedded in every email you have already sent, sitting in inboxes we don't control; deleting the file would break your signature retroactively in all of them, including for people you can no longer reach.

So deleting a signature from your dashboard removes it from your account and stops it being served to you, but the underlying image stays online so old mail keeps rendering. If you need an image taken down outright, email us and we'll do it — we just want you to know what breaks when we do.
