Coach email signatures that make booking the obvious next step
People hire a coach they feel they know. A warm signature with your name, who you help and a booking link carries that into every email.

Feels like you
Describe your manner, such as “warm, grounded, a bit playful”, and the colours and motion are designed around it.

What to put in a coach’s signature
- Name and who you help: “Executive coach for first-time managers”.
- A booking link for an intro call.
- Your site.
- One social profile where you post regularly.
- A credential, if you hold a recognised one (ICF ACC, PCC).
How it works
- Enter your details. Name and role, plus whichever of company, email, phone and links you want shown.
- Describe the feel. One sentence is enough. Pick a ready-made style instead if you prefer.
- Copy and paste. Install it in Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail in under a minute. We host the animation.
Questions
Should a coach put an inspirational quote in their signature?
It is better left out. A quote takes the space your booking link should have, and it gets repeated on every email in a thread.
Can I add my booking link?
Yes. Add it as your website or portfolio link and it becomes a tappable icon.
Does it cost anything to try?
No. You can make a signature free, without a card. Free signatures carry a small watermark; Pro is $6 a month or $48 a year.
