Creator email signatures that match the rest of your brand
Brand deals, collabs and press all land in email first. A signature that looks as intentional as your content sets the tone before anyone clicks through to your channel.
Design my signature — freeReal output from the BylineSig engine, shown with example names. Each is an animated GIF inside email-safe HTML, the same thing you paste into your mail client.
Every platform, one line
YouTube, Instagram, X and your site as clean icon links, not a stack of raw URLs.
Matches your vibe, not a template
Describe your aesthetic in one sentence, such as moody, neon or minimal, and the palette, type and motion are designed to it.
No watermark on Pro
Free signatures carry a small “made with BylineSig” mark. Pro removes it, which matters when the email is going to a brand manager.
What to put in a creator signature
- The name people know you by. If that is your channel name, use it.
- What you make, in a few words: “Filmmaker”, “Podcast host”, “Illustrator”.
- Your main platform first, then one or two others. Three icons is plenty.
- A business email or a link to your media kit.
- Leave out follower counts. They go stale and they read as needy.
How it works
- Enter your details. Name and role, plus whichever of company, email, phone and links you want shown.
- Describe the feel. One sentence is enough. Pick a ready-made style instead if you prefer.
- Copy and paste. Install it in Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail in under a minute. We host the animation.
Questions
Which social links should a creator put in an email signature?
Lead with the platform you want to be judged on, then add at most two more. BylineSig supports YouTube, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, GitHub, a website and one custom link, each shown as an icon.
Can I link my TikTok or Twitch?
There is no dedicated TikTok or Twitch icon yet. You can add either as your website or portfolio link, and it will show with a generic link icon.
Is a GIF signature too much for a brand-deal email?
A short animation that plays and settles reads as designed. A looping one that never stops reads as an ad. BylineSig signatures are built for the first kind.
